A new day is a fresh day. Sure, life has its ups and downs but we are actually so so SO blessed! At times, I would just focus on the glass being half empty. However, if I change my perspective a little and not only see the half full side, but also appreciate the contents in the glass - water - which gives life and satisfies all thirsts, I realize that there is so much more than what I can see myself.
Today, I came across this verse during devotions from Psalm 27:14. It says "Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart; wait, I say, on the Lord" (KJV). It takes real courage to be patient when things don't go as planned. But God's plan is not always our plan. His is better. Wait for it :)
